Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)

Last Amended: June 22, 2026

Welcome to the official website of Cebu Solar Installer, a solar energy service brand operated by Green8scape Development Corp. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or availing of our solar products and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About Cebu Solar Installer

Cebu Solar Installer provides solar energy system design, supply, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and related solar services for residential, commercial, and other property applications.

Cebu Solar Installer is a brand positioning and service platform of Green8scape Development Corp.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for general information, customer inquiries, service presentation, and quotation requests. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, damage, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website.

3. Solar Service Information

All solar package descriptions, service details, product information, images, and price ranges shown on this website are for general reference only. Actual system design, product specifications, capacity, installation method, and final pricing may vary depending on site inspection, roof condition, electrical load, customer requirements, material availability, and technical assessment.

4. Quotations and Price Estimates

Any price range or package price displayed on this website is an estimate only and does not constitute a final contract price. A formal quotation will be provided after review of the customer’s electrical consumption, site condition, roof area, installation requirements, and chosen system package.

Quoted prices may change due to changes in product cost, supplier pricing, shipping, installation complexity, electrical works, permits, or additional site requirements.

5. Site Inspection and Assessment

For accurate system design and quotation, Cebu Solar Installer may require a site inspection, review of electric bills, roof photos, electrical panel inspection, load assessment, and customer consultation. Additional charges may apply for site visits outside regular service areas or for special technical assessments.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the official quotation, proposal, sales invoice, or service agreement. Project work may require a down payment before procurement, mobilization, or installation. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed billing schedule.

Failure to pay according to the agreed terms may result in delay, suspension, or cancellation of work.

7. Project Schedule and Installation

Installation schedules are subject to material availability, weather conditions, customer readiness, access to the property, safety conditions, and completion of required payments or approvals.

Cebu Solar Installer will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeline, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, safe access to the installation area, availability of authorized representatives during inspection or installation, and approval of final layout or system design.

The customer must also ensure that the property is structurally suitable for solar installation. If additional structural, roofing, waterproofing, electrical, or civil works are required, these may be quoted separately.

9. Permits, Utility Requirements, and Net Metering

Certain solar installations may require permits, utility coordination, net metering application, electrical inspection, or government-related documentation. Unless specifically included in the quotation, these services, fees, and processing requirements may be charged separately.

Approval of net metering or utility-related applications depends on the requirements and evaluation of the electric utility provider and relevant authorities.

10. Product Brands and Availability

Solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting systems, breakers, cables, and accessories may vary depending on stock availability and supplier updates. Cebu Solar Installer may recommend equivalent or alternative brands with similar specifications when necessary.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer’s warranty for solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment, as well as the workmanship warranty provided by Green8scape Development Corp.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper operation, force majeure, lightning, flooding, fire, pest damage, accidents, poor existing electrical conditions, roof defects, or work performed by third parties not authorized by Cebu Solar Installer.

12. Maintenance and After-Sales Support

Solar systems require proper maintenance for safe and efficient performance. Cebu Solar Installer may provide maintenance, inspection, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair services subject to separate service fees unless included in the original agreement.

Customers are encouraged to schedule regular maintenance and immediately report abnormal inverter warnings, unusual noise, burning smell, loose wiring, water leakage, or reduced system performance.

13. System Performance

Solar energy production depends on sunlight, weather, shading, panel orientation, roof angle, cleanliness, system design, and customer energy usage. Cebu Solar Installer does not guarantee a fixed monthly electric bill reduction unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Any estimated savings, return on investment, or energy production values are projections only and may vary in actual operation.

14. Safety and Unauthorized Work

For safety reasons, customers must not open, modify, repair, relocate, or tamper with solar panels, inverters, batteries, breakers, wiring, combiner boxes, or electrical components without qualified technical assistance.

Unauthorized work may void warranty and may create risk of electric shock, fire, equipment damage, or system failure.

15. Cancellations and Changes

Project cancellation, design changes, equipment changes, or schedule changes must be requested in writing. Cancellation charges may apply for purchased materials, mobilization, design work, site visits, permits, and other expenses already incurred.

16. Photos, Videos, and Project Portfolio

Unless the customer requests otherwise in writing, Cebu Solar Installer may take photos or videos of completed work for documentation, portfolio, marketing, and website use. We will avoid publishing sensitive personal information without permission.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, graphics, branding, service descriptions, layouts, and materials are owned by or licensed to Green8scape Development Corp. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, editing, or commercial use is not allowed without written permission.

18. Privacy and Customer Information

When you submit an inquiry, request a quotation, or contact Cebu Solar Installer, we may collect your name, contact number, email address, project location, electric bill details, roof photos, and other information necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide services.

Customer information will be used only for communication, quotation, project assessment, service delivery, documentation, and legitimate business purposes. We will take reasonable steps to protect customer information and will not sell personal information to unrelated third parties.

19. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, payment channels, suppliers, or service providers. Cebu Solar Installer is not responsible for the content, policies, actions, or services of third-party websites or platforms.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Green8scape Development Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, service delays, system performance variations, customer misuse, third-party work, or events beyond our control.

Our liability for any approved claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service involved, subject to the terms of the official agreement and applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

Cebu Solar Installer shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including typhoons, earthquakes, floods, fire, power interruptions, labor disruptions, supplier delays, transportation issues, government restrictions, accidents, or other force majeure events.

22. Updates to These Terms

Green8scape Development Corp. may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
